Joe and his wife Liz moved to Flagstaff in 1979 to live and raise their four children. They now have eleven beautiful grandchildren. Joe worked in law enforcement for eleven years before moving to Flagstaff to be a part of a smaller community and for the great outdoor recreational opportunities in and around Flagstaff. Joe is an outdoorsman and family man who enjoys boating, fishing, backpacking, and hiking. He is also a private pilot. Joe owned several businesses in town before going on the road for seventeen years as a sales consultant serving clients in Northern Arizona, New Mexico, and Southwest Colorado. For the last seven years Joe has worked as an Agent and Associate Broker at Common Goal Realty with his daughter Valerie, which has been a very successful business. He is also involved in many volunteer organizations including serving the community as an elected Flagstaff City Council Member. Joe brings a wealth of practical, common sense, and business experience to the table. As a long time resident, with deeps roots in the community, he is working to improve everyone's quality of life because Flagstaff is a special town.

Stephani is one of the most eccentric, fun-loving members of our team. She grew up in a small town in Arizona and moved to Flagstaff to party it up like a rock star and enjoy the beauty Flagstaff has to offer. She graduated from Boston University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with an emphasis in Business Administration. Her previous sales experience includes time with companies such as Tommy Hilfiger, Millers Outpost, Victoria's Secret and Abercrombie and Fitch where she ended her retail career as the district sales manager for Arizona, Southern Las Vegas and Albuquerque. Her real estate industry experience began in 2003 at First American title where she worked on a team with over 25 years of escrow and title experience. She joined the Common Goal team in 2005 as the Marketing and listing coordinator. Recently, she was voted into Montclair's 'Who's who in Real Estate' and is an active member of the Mike Ferry Organization. She was our leading Sales Manager at the Arbors project to initiate condominium sales. After successfully closing over 60 units, she moved back to our main office and resumed her role on our listing team with Valerie and hasn't stopped going at it since! When she's not hard at work marketing your homes, she's out playing soccer, running, playing frisbee golf, shopping, reading to her daughter Savannah and teaching her sign language. Marlinda Thompson
Office Manager and Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Marlinda is the backbone of the Common Goal Team, as our Office Manager, Transaction Coordinator and all around go-to gal. She has been a resident of Flagstaff for over 27 years, and a licensed Realtor for over 10 years. During that time she has excelled in many fields relating to real estate; including custom home building, real estate sales and working for a local title company. From the moment a contract is signed, to the closing of a transaction, and far beyond, Marlinda follows the procedures necessary to guarantee that everything flows smoothly, correctly, and in a timely fashion. She works closely with our buyers and sellers, doing her best to make sure you get into or out of your home as soon as possible! In her personal time she enjoys cooking, entertaining friends in her home and pursuing ever-changing styles as a fashion consultant for Doncaster Fashions.

Jessica Hellman
Administrative Assistant
Jessica is the key administrative assistant to the Common Goal Realty Team. She's the cheerful, helpful voice you hear on the phone when you contact our office to make showing appointments, need information, or want to connect with one of our knowledgeable agents. She has lived in Flagstaff on and off for the past 10 years. She just returned from a semester abroad at the University of Limerick in Limerick, Ireland (where she learned to Irish step dance) and is now back at NAU for her senior year finishing up her B.A. in Elementary Education. Jessica loves to interact and work with new people and she parties like a ROCK STAR every chance she gets. She is the technical genius that maintains the electronic front of our business, making sure our office stays ahead of the ever-changing pace of technology. When she's not hard at work either here at the office, or at school, Jessica likes to travel the world and document all the wonders of life with her camera. Her ideal setting is on the beach with an umbrella drink in one hand, and a good book in the other, just soaking up the sun and listening to the ocean. Jessica always has a smile on her face while working with our team and is an integral part of our company's success.

Chris Jacobs
Listing Tactical Support Director
Chris is the Executive Listing Assistant at Common Goal Realty. He works side-by-side with both Valerie and Stephani in their daily endeavors to get your homes sold! Chris is in charge of weekly service reports for the homes they market. Whether it's hand delivering flyers to the properties, or conducting a weekly house check to ensure everything remains in order, Chris is there to help smooth the path to reach the goals our clients need. As a part of the listing team Chris also assists with the data entry between several different programs for the homes, schedules the photographer, housekeepers and gardeners to make sure all of our properties are in top notch condition for showings. When Chris isn't working for Common Goal he is working hard feeding, exercising, and caring for three different local ranches in the Flagstaff area. Chris also enjoys riding his own horse named Kelly. Chris enjoys spending free time with his family and friends on his days off. Chris is currently attending NorthernArizonaUniversity where he majors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. Luckily for us, Chris was born sarcastic and full of energy, he enjoys keeping the rest of the Common Goal team on their toes.

Kim has been a Flagstaff resident since 1979 and believes that Flagstaff is the most desirable place in the country to live. He has raised a son and a daughter and numerous sporting dogs in this mountain community and is married to wife Julie for 30+ years. Originally from California, Lynn has lived in Flagstaff for almost twenty years and has raised two great kids and a few assorted dogs and cats. She worked during high school to save enough money to buy her first camera and has loved photography ever since. Lynn is a member of Professional Photographers of America and as Common Goal Realty's official photographer she provides virtual tours and still shots to show your home to its very best advantage.
